Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Experience with behavior challenges in an educational setting preferred.
• Ability to adhere to safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior interventions following students' Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Collect and document data on student behavior for decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with teachers and staff regarding student progress.

Skills

Knowledge of Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

60 college hours completed or DESE approved Substitute Training Program

Tools

CPR and First Aid Certification
