Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) for rewarding opportunities in the Aston, PA area. The role involves one-on-one behavior-based interventions in school, home and classroom settings, with a 8:00 am–3:30 pm schedule and pay starting at $20 per hour.

Applicants must have a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of experience, RBT training (40 hours), and Safety Care training, plus required clearances and health documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year experience is required.
• RBT training 40 hours is required.
• Safety Care Trained is required.
• Complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions as outlined in the treatment plan with precision and professionalism.
• Document progress through written clinical notes for each client encounter.
• Participate in required weekly supervisions to ensure high-quality care.
