Job summary

Pacific Coast Speech Services, a member of Point Quest Group, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant for a school-based program in Santa Barbara. You will plan and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals for students aged 0–22 with diverse medical diagnoses, including orthopedic impairments and developmental disorders.

Licensed PTA in CA required; DOJ/FBI background check and TB clearance needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid leave, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are delivered.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
• TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consultation & Instruction: collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy into classroom activities and refine treatment plans with supervision.
• Data collection & documentation: maintain accurate records of sessions and progress.
• Engage with parents to integrate therapy into daily routines and monitor student goals.
