EdLogical Group is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our school-based team in Santa Barbara, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. Plan and deliver therapy to students aged 0 to 22 with diverse medical diagnoses, in collaboration with a supervising PT and classroom staff.

The role emphasizes implementing IEP-aligned goals, collecting data, and communicating with families. Licensure, DOJ/FBI Live Scan, and TB clearance are required; one year of school-based experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of service.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check completed.
• TB clearance required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate therapy into classroom activities.
• Partner with a Physical Therapist to refine treatment plans and ensure alignment with goals.
• Communicate with families to incorporate therapy into daily routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation for student therapy sessions and progress, per IEP goals.
