Job summary

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate students to determine eligibility for school-based physical therapy services.
• Assist in development and writing of comprehensive evaluation and IEP reports.
• Attend and review information to discuss evaluation and IEP results.
• Schedule students for therapy, maintain confidentiality and HIPAA/FERPA compliance.
• Maintain student files and complete documentation within required timelines.
• Prepare and complete ACCESS billing for eligible students.
• Supervise PT assistants in service delivery as required.
