ProCare Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to provide school-based services in a setting near Twentynine Palms, CA. You will assess students, develop individualized goals, and deliver direct and consultative therapies in collaboration with IEP teams.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license for the state.
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations.
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students to develop individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to create and implement appropriate treatment goals.
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students as mandated by their IEPs.
• Monitor progress, make data-driven recommendations, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Act as a resource for school staff and families on physical therapy needs and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
