Job summary

Mid America Health is seeking a Full Time Portable Dental Assistant to join our School Smiles team in Evansville, IN. The position is five days a week, during school hours, with travel within a two-hour radius and a company van provided.

You will support portable dental services to children at local schools, maintain portable equipment, and assist the dentist with chairside procedures and school operatory setup.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana X-ray license is required.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers required.
• 1 year dental assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portable equipment and the company van when in use.
• Assist dentist in portable operatory setup inside the school.
• Load/unload and setup of dental operatory inside school.
• Perform various administrative duties.
