Mid America Health is seeking a Full Time Portable Dental Assistant to join our School Smiles team in Fort Wayne, IN. This position is five days per week during school hours, serving local schools within a 2-hour radius.

You will assist dentists in portable operatory setups at schools, maintain portable equipment, and perform administrative duties. A Indiana X-ray License and CPR for Healthcare Providers are required, with travel within the radius.

Qualifications

• Indiana X-ray License is required.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers required.
• 1 year of Dental Assistant experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portable equipment and company van.
• Assist Dentist in portable operatory setup inside schools.
• Load/unload and set up dental operatory inside school.
• Perform various administrative duties.
