Mid America Health is seeking a Full Time Portable Dental Assistant to join our School Smiles team in the Evansville, IN area. The role is five days per week during school hours, with a portable setup inside schools and a company vehicle provided for travel within a 2-hour radius.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $27.00 for clinic hours and drive time, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, flex spending, and a health savings account.

Qualifications

• Indiana X-ray license is required.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers is required.
• 1 year of Dental Assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portable equipment and supplies; manage and maintain the company van and related assets.
• Assist dentist in portable operatory setup inside schools and perform chairside procedures as needed.
• Load/unload and set up dental operatory inside school.
• Perform various administrative duties.
