Ampersand Therapy in Griffin, GA is hiring a full-time School-Based Physical Therapist. You will evaluate and support students with PT needs, contribute to IEP/504 planning, and deliver services to improve mobility and access within the school setting.

You will collaborate with educators and families, provide training, and ensure compliance through thorough documentation and coordinated care across school environments. This role includes travel between sites and a competitive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the State of Georgia.
• School-based experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evaluation of students referred for related services under IDEA and prepare reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Contribute to IEP/504 planning and implement therapy services in education settings.
• Provide direct and indirect physical therapy and collaborate with staff, families, and teachers.
• Travel between schools and maintain accurate service records.
