Ladgov Corporation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide school-based physical therapy services at Riverside Indian School in Anadarko, Oklahoma. The role focuses on mobility, gross motor development, and access to education in accordance with IEP/504 requirements.

The PT will conduct evaluations, deliver individual and group interventions, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Part-time / as-needed schedule with on-site duties during school hours.

Competenze

• Current Physical Therapist license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Pediatric and/or school-based physical therapy experience preferred; approximately 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, ADA, FERPA, and school-based therapy practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary school teams.
• Strong documentation, communication, and professional skills.

Schedule:

Part-time / as-needed. Services are primarily performed on-site during school hours at Riverside Indian School in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Approximately 200 service hours are estimated per contract year. Teletherapy may only be used with prior approval.
