Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a licensed School Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, in-person position in Yelm, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide direct therapy services to students in a K-12 school setting and collaborate with educators and families to support mobility and motor goals.

Qualifications

• Washington State PT license required.
• ESA certification or willingness to obtain.
• School-based PT experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong interest in pediatric therapy and school systems.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct PT services to students with IEPs.
• Complete PT evaluations and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student planning.
• Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines for therapy services.
