Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Physical Therapist (PT) in Yelm, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year. The role focuses on delivering direct pediatric PT services in a K-12 school setting, with itinerant responsibilities and a collaborative educational environment.

Licensed PTs with WA license and ESA certification are encouraged to apply. New graduates are welcome; in-person attendance is required at WA campuses, with mentorship and ongoing professional development offered.

Job Title: Physical Therapist Pay Range: $58-72/hour

Full-Time School Physical Therapist (PT) | Yelm, WA 2026-2027 School Year | In-Person | School-Based Setting | Itinerant Ampersand Therapy, a therapist-founded and therapist-run company, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for a full-time school-based position in Yelm, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to provide direct therapy services to students in a collaborative and supportive educational environment. We are seeking a licensed School Physical Therapist who is eager to work in the public school setting and help students access their education through mobility and motor-based interventions. This role is ideal for a PT who is passionate about pediatric therapy, special education, and making a meaningful difference in students' lives.

Position Details:

• Location: Yelm, WA
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Dates: 2026-2027 School Year
• Setting: In-person, school campuses K-12th grade
• Caseload: Assigned based on experience and team needs
