Job summary

Qualifications

• ,?Valid PT license or equivalent qualification recognized by state regulations
• AZ Fingerprint Card (AZ FP Card) required
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist
• Strong skills in school-based therapy and handling diverse student needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver school-based physical therapy services to students with varying needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and caregivers
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance standards
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families to promote positive therapy outcomes
• Work 15 hours per week during daytime hours in a school setting
