Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Part-time Physical Therapist for a school setting in Hartwell, GA. You will evaluate and support students with physical therapy needs, contributing to IEP/504 planning and delivering services to improve mobility and access in the school environment.

You’ll collaborate with educators and families, provide training, and ensure compliance through thorough documentation and coordinated care across school settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Georgia.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students referred for related services and prepare reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Contribute to IEP/504 plans for eligible students.
• Provide direct and indirect physical therapy in school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to address PT needs.
• Travel between schools to provide services.
