Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based services in Hamburg, PA. This one-day-per-week assignment offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree from a CAPTE-accredited university, active licensure, and experience with children or in schools. You will evaluate and treat students, write reports and IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from CAPTE-accredited university.
• Active state licensure and/or certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Experience working with children or in schools preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students in special education.
• Evaluate, screen, and monitor student progress.
• Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student goals.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
