Job summary

The School District of Bayfield seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and develop therapy programs for eligible students. The role includes delivering services, coordinating with the IEP team, and liaising with medical and outside agencies.

You will develop intervention plans aligned with IEP goals, monitor student progress, and provide staff and parent training. Travel to multiple sites is required, with adherence to ethical standards and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience in school-based physical therapy is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations using district PT assessment protocol and prepare reports.
• Participate in IEP team meetings and therapy staff meetings.
• Develop and implement IEP-consistent intervention plans and monitor progress.
• Document billing and attendance in a timely manner and travel as required.
• Adhere to professional ethics and participate in ongoing education.
