Sunbelt Staffing seeks a School-Based Physical Therapist to support a diverse K-12 population across Harrisburg-area campuses. Teaming with a fellow district PT, you will deliver direct and consultative PT services aligned with IEP goals, traveling between sites as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and related services, with documentation and confidentiality at the forefront. This contract position offers flexible paths within a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Willingness to travel and float between school sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students in accordance with IEP goals and state/district guidelines.
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Partner with teachers, administrators, families, and other related service providers to foster a collaborative, student-centered approach.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for planning and goal-setting.
• Manage equipment and recommend adaptive tools to enhance students' success.
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.
