Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide school-based services in the Fort Washington area, PA. The role involves assessing students, developing IEP-aligned plans, and collaborating with teachers and families to support therapy goals.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Required Child Abuse, Federal, and State clearances.
• Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, assess, and evaluate students using standardized and informal tools.
• Provide individualized and/or group physical therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and update IEPs.
• Monitor student progress and determine readiness for dismissal from services.
• Collaborate with teachers to support classroom-based implementation strategies.
• Partner with families to support carryover of therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and required records in compliance with regulations.
• Support compliance with IDEA and other applicable guidelines and policies.
• Stay current with best practices, research, and evolving trends in physical therapy.

Job description

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based therapy services for a local school district in the Fort Washington area of PA.

This is a part-time opportunity (1–2 days per week) with flexibility and the potential to expand into a more full-time caseload if interested.
