Job summary

The Public Schools of Northborough and Southborough Student Support Services in Southborough, MA are seeking ESY Physical Therapists to provide direct, one-on-one and small group therapy to students to meet IEP goals and ensure participation in school activities.

Applicants must hold a Massachusetts Physical Therapist license and a degree from an accredited program; 1–3 years in educational settings is desirable. Travel between schools is required during the ESY program.

Qualifications

• Must have Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Must hold Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in educational settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one and small group physical therapy.
• Deliver services in the least restrictive setting per IEPs.
• Collaborate with related services, teachers, and parents to support student goals.
• Develop and follow daily/weekly therapy schedules.
• Maintain therapy notes and attendance records for each student.
• Document progress in ESY progress reports.
• Travel between schools as required during ESY program.
