Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group in Palm Springs, FL is seeking a school-based Physical Therapist to deliver services to K–12 students. You will evaluate gross motor function, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to support mobility and participation in the educational environment.

You’ll use evidence-based PT approaches, document progress with Thrive’s AI tools, and advocate for adaptive equipment when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires DPT or MPT from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Must have NPTE passed and active state PT license or licensure transfer in progress.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP processes, and educational PT model.
• Experience with school-based settings and adaptive equipment evaluation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver school-based PT services to K–12 students with disabilities.
• Evaluate gross motor function and develop IEP goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams and families.
