Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's required from an accredited program.
• Valid, unrestricted state licensure as a Physical Therapist must be held.
• Proof of immunization status and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations for students K–12.
• Develop and implement IEP goals focused on school function.
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services.
