Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to serve students in Espanola, NM during the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site role offers full- or part-time options and a 4-day school week.

You will deliver therapy to students with IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and monitor progress. A supportive multidisciplinary team and licensure support accompany the position.

Qualifications

• NM license required by start date
• NMPED credential may be pending at start
• School-based PT experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to promote student success
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress
• Adapt therapy plans to individual student needs and learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications
