The PT will provide adaptive equipment support, monitor device fit, and coordinate with medical professionals to ensure safe participation and mobility for students.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy-based services to assigned caseload in school settings (PT gym, community, playground, home, pool) in line with IEP goals.
• Develops and implements safe therapeutic interventions and modifies plans to maximize student progress.
• Evaluates, documents, and monitors service provision and progress per policies; communicates with caregivers.
• Provides and checks adaptive equipment, orthotics, and related devices for fit and safety.
• Coordinates with parents, school staff, and medical professionals regarding mobility, safety, and positioning across school environments.
