Job summary

Saint Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers, NY is seeking per diem School-Based Fee-For-Service Physical Therapists to join the School-Based Rehabilitation Program for the 2027–2028 school year.

New grads are welcome. You will provide intervention and evaluation for children in schools and homes, document sessions and progress, prepare IEPs, and communicate with parents and teachers. Opportunities for supervision may be available.

Qualifications

• New York State Physical Therapy License required.
• Bachelor of Science, Masters, or Doctorate degree from a Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide intervention and evaluation for school-age children in schools and/or homes.
• Document sessions and progress; prepare IEPs and maintain communication with parents/teachers.
• Attend mandatory SBRP and district meetings/trainings; assist with program administration as assigned.
