Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.
• Experience with pediatrics preferred, school-age population.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat school-based children in schools or homes.
• Document sessions and progress; prepare IEPs.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and teachers; attend required meetings.
