Job summary

AOT, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support students in PreK–12 across Grove City, PA and Beaver, PA. You will provide direct PT services, develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals, and work closely with teachers and school teams.

The role offers flexible scheduling aligned with school hours, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive clinical mentorship as you promote evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania PT license.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct PT services to students in PreK–12.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school teams.
• Complete documentation, progress notes, data collection, IEP updates, and annual reviews.
• Participate in IEP meetings and travel between school locations as needed.
