Job summary

AOT, Inc. in southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy (PreK–12) in Homer City and Murrysville. You will deliver direct OT services, support IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and other school staff.

The role emphasizes fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional participation in classroom activities, with travel between locations as needed. AOT, Inc.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to PreK–12 students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation: progress notes, IEP updates, and annual reviews.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Support student development in sensory integration and ADLs.
• Travel between school locations during the school day as applicable.
