Job summary

AOT, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to serve students in K-12 settings on a part-time basis, 3 days a week, at Grove City, PA. The role focuses on designing patient-centered therapy plans that align with IEP goals and educational objectives.

You will work with teachers and families to implement strategies that promote functional movement and school participation, while adhering to state and federal regulations governing school-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Pennsylvania, pediatric-focused expertise.
• Experience designing and implementing school-based therapy programs.
• Strong collaboration with teachers, families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized physical therapy programs for students, improving physical function and educational outcomes.
• Evaluate students' physical abilities through detailed assessments and adapt strategies to their needs and educational contexts.
• Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy plans into student learning and daily school activities.
• Monitor and document students' progress, using data to adjust treatment plans in line with IEP goals.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for school staff to enhance understanding of students' physical development needs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to physical therapy in educational settings.
