Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a part-time, on-site role in Florida schools. The position supports preschool and elementary students, providing therapy aligned with IEPs and school goals.

You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student participation, growth, and success in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts OT license (MA OT) required.
• Experience as Pediatric OT, ideally in schools or with school-aged children.
• Familiarity with preschool and elementary caseloads.
• Strong communication and collaboration with children, teachers, and families.
• Ability to work onsite and adapt strategies for diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions per IEPs.
• Consult with teachers and parents to support classroom participation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide progress updates.
