Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a school-based team in Florida. This full-time position supports students’ daily living, fine motor, and sensory processing goals within an IEP-driven framework.

You will collaborate with teachers and families, create, implement and monitor individualized therapy plans, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings. Schedule is 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with ongoing district support through May 28, 2027.

Qualifications

• Current OT license (or eligibility for licensure) required.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation.
• Passion for empowering children and advocating for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to students, focusing on daily living, fine motor, and sensory processing skills.
• Evaluate students to determine needs and recommend appropriate occupational therapy services.
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans as part of the IEP process.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to optimize student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate progress records and participate in IEP meetings.
• Educate stakeholders on strategies to facilitate student participation in school routines.
