Job summary

AOT, Inc. is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade in Murrysville, PA and Homer City.

The role involves direct OT services, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams. The position requires travel between school locations during the day and supports a 3-day work week in Murrysville and 2 days in Homer City.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills; ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to PreK–12 students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation: progress notes, data collection, IEP updates and annual reviews.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Support student development in fine motor, sensory integration, and ADLs.
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable).
