Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based services for a local school district in Fallsington, PA. This contract position emphasizes collaboration with schools, families, and therapy staff to meet IEP goals.

The role focuses on screening, evaluating, and implementing therapy plans, with access to support from a network of Clinical Directors, Team Leaders, and a comprehensive library of testing tools and assessments.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Clearances for Child Abuse, FBI/State and Federal are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide specialized therapy techniques through individual and/or group sessions to meet educational goals per IEP.
• Screen, evaluate, and document student strengths, needs, and progress using approved instruments.
• Participate in IEP and multi-disciplinary meetings to assess student progress and adjust therapy goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan classroom activities that support skill carry-over.
• Provide consultative services to involve parents in the therapy program.
