AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking an Occupational Therapist with pediatric experience to support a school district in Maple Grove, MN. The OT will help students participate more fully in school-based tasks when health conditions affect function and collaborate with the IEP team to develop individualized plans.

Formación

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 6 months of relevant OT experience within the past 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments to determine student functional needs and set developmentally appropriate goals.
• Reassess progress regularly and adjust therapy plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document evaluations, goals, and treatment plans in accordance with school standards.
• Select and utilize materials and equipment safely and efficiently to support therapy goals.
• Perform all responsibilities with professionalism, care, and a student-centered mindset.
