Job summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist with pediatric experience to join a reputable school district in Bloomington, MN. You will work closely with the IEP team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic interventions that promote functional independence in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with active state license.
• Minimum 6 months of OT experience within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine student functional needs and set developmentally appropriate goals.
• Reassess progress regularly and adjust therapy plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document evaluations, goals, and treatment plans in accordance with school standards.
• Select and utilize materials and equipment safely and efficiently to support therapy goals.
• Perform all responsibilities with professionalism, care, and a student-centered mindset.
