Job summary

AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking an Occupational Therapist with pediatric experience to join a Tacoma school district. The OT will provide therapy and rehabilitation services to help students participate in classroom activities despite health conditions.

Collaborate with the IEP team to develop individualized treatment plans and document progress. A state license and at least 6 months of OT experience in the past five years are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine student functional needs and set developmentally appropriate goals.
• Reassess progress regularly and adjust therapy plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document evaluations, goals, and treatment plans in accordance with school standards.
• Select and utilize materials and equipment safely and efficiently to support therapy goals.
• Perform all responsibilities with professionalism, care, and a student-centered mindset.
