Job summary

Ro Health is seeking Registered Nurses to support California public school districts during the school year. This in-person role focuses on pediatrics and school health, with schedules designed to fit diverse lifestyles and a start date ASAP.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers and parents.
• Provide 1:1 nursing support including care for g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precautions, etc.
• Monitor immunization records for compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain confidential health records with accurate documentation.
• Communicate health status and follow-up needs with parents.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods; may bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds.
