Job summary

Dayton Children’s Hospital expands its School-Based Health program in Fairborn, Ohio, seeking a passionate APP to join our growing team. This role brings pediatric care directly to students in their school setting, supporting health, wellness, and academic success within the Fairborn City Schools community.

You will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care for ages birth through 21, work with physicians and school staff to develop plans, monitor progress, and offer health education.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or PA with Ohio licensure.
• Pediatric or ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Graduate education for NP or PA required depending on track.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care for children and adolescents.
• Perform physical assessments and examinations.
• Develop, initiate, and manage individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, school personnel, and families.
