Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Maineville, OH, is seeking a School Based Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive pediatric primary care in a school health center. The role runs 7:30am–4:00pm, is full-time, and requires APC experience with direct patient care within primary care settings.

Qualifications

• 2-years of APC experience required with direct patient care and oversight within Primary Care.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform annual physicals, sports physicals, and well-child examinations. Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, and infections.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice.
• Partner with school based health site representatives to coordinate community engagement and access.
