The role includes ordering sealants, ensuring proper technique, and coordinating with the Hawaii Keiki Administration and program manager. Per diem scheduling and school-year availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in the professional practice of General Dentistry.
• Experience working with mobile dental clinic equipment.
• Experience consulting in the health care community in Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide limited safe dental screening and preventative treatment to children.
• Supervise dental hygienist and students during sealant program days.
• Order dental sealants for eligible students after examination.
• Oversee proper sealant application techniques and quality control.
• Monitor billing for limited examination and sealant services.
