You will work under supervision to implement IEP-driven plans in Resource Rooms and classrooms, ensuring privacy compliance and strong student engagement. Previous experience with school-age children is valued and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of college or 32 credits, or an associate's degree.
• Meet or exceed Praxis Para Pro score.
• Past success with school-age children.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral interventions to students with developmental disabilities.
• Work under supervision in Resource Room and regular classroom settings.
• Maintain participant records in compliance with privacy laws (HIPAA).
• Display a positive attitude and support leadership decisions.
• Supervise student behavior in multiple school environments.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
