Jabbergym, Inc. is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist to serve K-12 students in Modesto. You will assess, plan, and deliver direct OT services, aligning with IEP goals, and collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

The role supports student access to education, with mentorship from seasoned therapists and opportunities for professional growth. New grads encouraged to apply; placement bonus available.

Qualifications

• OT License required.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in school-based settings and DOE certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide OT services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to generalize communication skills.
• Maintain therapy notes, data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise COTAs and monitor supervision hours if applicable.
