Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. This full-time, in-person position involves traveling to three sites to provide school-based occupational therapy services.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona COTA license required.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
