Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an in-person Occupational Therapist to serve students three days per week for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year near Salem, Oregon. This contract-based role focuses on supporting a diverse student population with varying needs in an educational setting.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to address IEP goals, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain compliant documentation while adapting to changing

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Oregon required.
• Experience as OT in K-12 schools preferred.
• Ability to support diverse student needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff.
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across grade levels.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and state guidelines.
