Qualifications

• Active NH OT license.
• Experience working with middle and high school students.
• Solid understanding of school-based occupational therapy practices.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, develop and track IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy services.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff.
• Ability to maintain organized and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations to identify student needs and develop therapeutic plans tailored to individual goals.
• Work collaboratively with educational teams to create and support IEP goals specific to occupational therapy.
• Provide direct therapy services focused on enhancing student participation, independence, and functional skills in the school environment.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed to maximize student outcomes.
• Consult and communicate regularly with teachers and families to support continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services.
