You will supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, collaborate with teachers and families, and contribute to comprehensive treatment plans across school-based and healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Florida.
• Experience in schools, home health, or other healthcare settings as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective COTA supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Open to collaborative, multidisciplinary approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality onsite occupational therapy services within an educational environment.
• Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Assess students needs and update individualized goals to maximize participation in school activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with regulations.
