Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students across elementary and high school settings near Oswego, IL. You will collaborate with a COTA to implement plans and work with teachers, families, and staff to promote holistic student development.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois.
• Previous experience working within a school setting preferred.

• Comfortable adapting interventions to students individual needs.
• Collaborative approach to working with COTAs, teachers, and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students needs within educational environments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEPs.
• Deliver direct treatment services and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide training and guidance to the COTA assisting you.
• Maintain detailed progress notes and participate in progress meetings.
• Partner with staff and families to ensure holistic student support.
