ProCare Therapy is seeking a contract occupational therapist to support elementary students in a school-based setting near Saugerties, NY. This role helps students unlock learning potential through individualized OT services and collaboration with teachers.

You will evaluate needs, develop treatment plans, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings while enjoying a stable school-year schedule and weekly direct deposits.

Qualifications

• Valid New York Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Experience as a school OT or with elementary students preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary students, supporting educational goals and daily functioning.
• Evaluate students' needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress toward measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to facilitate student success and inclusion in the classroom.
