Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based occupational therapist to provide contract OT services across a district near Greenfield, MA. You will assess about 30 students and develop individualized plans to support their goals within the educational setting.

Choose between a 32.5-hour full-time schedule or a 24-hour four-day week, with collaboration among educators, families, and specialists. Travel to multiple schools is required; licensure in MA is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Massachusetts OT license.
• Experience as a school-based OT or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, service documentation, and progress tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple schools within the district.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred for OT services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with educational goals.
• Deliver direct therapy to students, both individually and in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal development and accommodations.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation on student services and outcomes.
