Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to start ASAP in a school district on-site. The role focuses on fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills to support academic function.

We expect licensure (OT/L) and NBCOT, with school-based experience preferred. Full-time schedule at 37.5 hours weekly, and EOSY end date. Competitive pay between $50–$55 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid state OT/L license and NBCOT certification.
• School-based or pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Available to start immediately through EOSY.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based OT evaluations and determine eligibility for services.
• Develop and implement IEP goals with direct/indirect therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and IEP compliance data.
